Everything one could hope for! From the unique design through the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and facilities to the friendly and professional staff my stay was perfect. The food and service were great, but a broader menu would be better, I will stay there again.

I must to complain about the experience at the hotel. On Jun 11th, the second night, there is a whole night party above my room 225, I contact the front desk three times and each time I got a reply that they will handle it. However, nothing changed. From 12 AM to 2 AM, I cannot bear at all. So I came down to the front desk and require someone to stop this. The security staff did go and check. But still it doesn't work. Nothing has changed, these guys continue party and knocking wall. Initially, the front desk tell me is no empty room to switch. Finally I decided to move out immediately and find another hotel at 2 AM. In this case, the front desk representative finally gave me another room key of 385.
I must complain about this. Quiet policy should be strict. And the hotel representative should find an earlier solution instead of waiting for last minute.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. This stay makes 5 stays. Things got kind of lousy at the height of COVID, but things are nearly back to normal and I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The food and drinks downstairs at the new Laurea restaurant and bar is fantastic and a big improvement over the last iteration of the restaurant. The staff is all friendly, especially in the restaurant, and everyone makes you feel welcome. The market in the lobby is nice--though I wish they'd carry more basics. Fancy dry pastas and jams are good and all, but not as helpful as a toothbrush and Pringles.

I also like Hyatt's digital key option. My flight was very, very late getting in and I arrived after 11 PM. I was happy to just go directly to my room.

The one and only thing I'd say can be improved on is room service. Please bring it back!
