We stayed here for a couple of nights in Jan 2012. Overall the place isn't too bad, rooms are a good size, and has all the usual facilities. We stayed in the top rooms, quite a climb up the stairs but you do get a great view of the lake and there were tables and chairs to sit outside on.
A few issues to highlight. Its at the far end of the strip running alongside the lake, nice for the walk but a little distance from the main centre. The water wasn't warm all the time and we were charged rs200 per night for electric heater as it was pretty cold. Also beware the tipping, it was the only place i stayed where the staff wanted tipping for everything. Obviously i'm happy to tip for certain things but by the end it got a bit too much, when we left we had 5 staff all asking for tips of each of us individually and they didn't let up. All we needed was a little help with a couple of bags, most of the guys just stood there doing nothing but still demanded tips. Left feeling like they just trying to extract as much cash from us as possible before leaving.
I'd go to another hotel if I were to visit again in the future
