Not my first visit but only had the Sunday roast previously. The al a carte is a dream, fine dining at its best and on the doorstep. Everything was beautifully cooked and well presented. We visited for food and a tribute act, great atmosphere, attentive staff couldn't fault the evening at all. Good menu choices. Photos don't do the food justice, the flavours were super too.

We have been riding around England and Wales for awhile now and we kept seeing signs for a Sunday beef roast. We finally tried one at this restaurant, it was the most tasty food we have had in the uk. The beef was accompanied by Yorkshire pudding and wonderful roasted potatoes and vegetables. The owner greeted us at the door and was very attentive during our meal. He even understood our language, American English..

We were staying in Snowshill and usually when we stay here we never venture further than Broadway. However you do get a little fed up being ridiculously ripped off for average to good food. So we had a change this time. Looked on trip advisor saw this place and thought why not.
Soooooo glad we did!! Ok location wise it doesn't beat the wonderful Broadway village but the food wasn't just good it was amazing! We had rib eye steak and it was cooked to perfection.! The pepper sauce was fantastic too. We would have loved a dessert but sadly we couldn't fit it in. The meal was somewhat spoilt by some guests who obviously had visited Cheltenham races that day and were drunk beyond belief and were using awful language and became very noisy. However dreadful people like that hopefully don't usually frequent this place and it didn't distract from the excellent food I just wish my young daughter hadn't been subjected to foul mouth idiots while eating her dinner.
Will return next time we are in Broadway as we visit several times a year as the food excellent and prices very fair. No wonder it was busy X

Visited with my mother on 4th March, 2016, and was very impressed. Lovely cosy atmosphere, very friendly staff and delicious food, good quality local produce. We both had steak which was done to perfection and was not over priced. Would definitely visit again.
