Was very sceptical at first with the low price of rooms but was amazed and happywith it. Booked a guided tour to Phong Nha National Park through them. Was great. Very informative staff made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend going to stay here.

The hotel was good and so was the staff..The hotel was near the river just five minutes of walk..beautiful view where the river merges with the sea.we took the trip of paradise cave and Phong Nag Cave from the hotel as they had there own personal tours..It was very good..'highly recommended'

Rooms are large and comfortable. Hotel is a family business and they strive to please you, very friendly and make you feel welcomed. Booked a tour to Phong Nha caves through them and Kate the guide was fabulous. Would highly recommend the hotel and the tour!

Large rooms, great views from high floors. No room safe and not particularly good breakfast, needs some attention to maintenance (AC controller wasn't working). Pick up from train station or airport is included.
Good location for the river and promenade. The key for us was they organise the cave tours and were able to deliver us to the airport for an early evening flight n plenty of time, hence made xcellent use of our time.
Close to the fabulous Tree hugger Cafe for lunch and dinner.
We found the city very friendly and with a nice vibe. The hotel is fine for a quick stop.

A very professional but lovely hotel in a quiet area.
Room service delivers tasty homemade food for small prices quickly to your room.

We have already been here the second time! The staff were also extremely helpful when we had a traffic-accident and even with us to the hospital!

Thank you again for our awesome stay!
