The room is very large, quiet, clean. The price is quite cheap. However hotel is far from center but near the airpot. The Hotel overlooks the beach. The staff are friendly. I could swim and had experciens there. Thanks a lot. Hope to see you again. If anyone want to go to Đồng Hới, please go to Ban Mai hotel.
The room is small and not very luxury. But it's cheap for whom wants to save money. It's near the beach. It also has a gym.
Meals: I think they were well cook

It was a mistake to choose this hotel over the others that are close by, and perhaps I should have realised that when the staffer at check-in asked me why I was going to stay here and not the other hotel (next door)!
The rooms (I saw 3) are all basically the same; old, run down, and basic. Hot water, yes. However the shower was slow and underpowered. There is also no kettle in the room, which is bad when the hotel claim to offer "all amenities fitting."
Wifi works in the lobby, but from is very poor inside the rooms and does not work at all on floors 3 or 4.
In the morning at breakfast I chose eggs then was asked to move table because the table I was sitting at was for Vietnamese breakfast only?
Yes, it is over the road from the beach, but really that's not enough to justify the high price they charge.
This isn't a bad hotel, it's just a boring run-down and over-priced hotel.
