location ok. 10 minutes walk to the mall road. room pretty big with a balcony and decent size bathroom. food terrible. none of my family members used the free breakfast . the food was very ordinary. then our tv was not working properly and when we complained they said it will be sorted out but was the same in our 4 days stay. before leaving we asked them to give us iscount since thiar breakfast was not good and their tv was also not working properly. the man at the reception simply refused to even accept a rupee less. though one thing i would like to say about one of their housekeeping staff who also was at the restuarant was really very good and went out of his way to serve us.

Room Tip: dont choose top floor rooms. it gets really cold at nights especially december onwards

3. the food rates are on the higher side

We loved the hotel. The rooms have very good view of the valley. The rooms are big and well maintained. Rooms have large LCD TV. The Hotel is little far from the Market. The Hotel has a very good Restaurant. The Chiness food is Ok, though bit expensive.

Although the hotel was good in all respects, the bill payment was a bit clumsy because to make payment by card one requires an on line connection and in the hotel the machine seemed to have been hardly used and was in shambles. Car Parking is also a big problem over there.

Otherwise, food & hospitality was commendable. All rooms had a similar view of the mountains.
