We visited La tabla tonight with our 2 children. If your children don't like to try new food or are fussy I wouldn't suggest taking them. There is no menu for drinks or tapas/grill mains although you can view the price and choice of grill choices on the blackboard. The waitresses are very friendly and welcoming and I suggest you book as it gets busy. There is a blackboard outside with their telephone number and you can what's app them or ring them to book as the restaurant is only open mon-fri 7pm-11pm. You go up to the small kitchen area to view the selection of tapas and you are advised to order around 7 dishes for 2 adults. We ordered 9 dishes to share with the children and this included chicken curry, Canarian potatoes, chorizo in brandy sauce, prawns, potatoes and cheese, tuna parcels and ham croquettes. Bread is given to you before the tapas arrives. The food arrives quickly and hot. You can order more if necessary but we were full after the dishes. It would have been nice if they could have offered a meatball dish or lamb stew as these are our favourites however the dishes we had were lovely. Following the meal we ordered a warm chocolate brownie and ice cream for our children to share. We had the tapas, bread, dessert, 1/2 litre of sangria, 2 large beers and 1 Fanta orange and coke and it came to €41.20 which was excellent value for money. We also enjoyed a honey rum on the house! This is a great little authentic tapas bar, a great find and worth the booking.

Took some finding but well worth it. Service is great, food is great. Not open on the weekends but this place is busy every night. They kindly pushed the two of us in when they opened at 7. Everything explained by the friendly waitress. We had the tapas deal and ordered a few more after that. Feels like a secret find.

Having been here on a previous visit to costa teguise and loved it we were eager to return and it was every bit as good as last time. We booked through whats app earlier in the day, knowing it's a small place with not many tables and its popular. The food is beyond tasty, the chef is top notch and always smiling, the waitresses are lovely and helpful. We had 7 tapas everyone of which was delicious, chorizo in brandy sauce, german sausage in a sort of bbq sauce, chicken with green peppers, prawns in batter, mushrooms in white wine sauce, ham croquettes and dates wrapped in bacon, we had 2 glasses of wine each white and red rioja's, we shared a chocolate brownie desert (too full to have one each) we also orderd an irish coffee and a bottle of water, the bill was about 38 euros, it was the cheapest meal and best of the holiday, can't wait to go back.

We were lucky enough to be back in Lanzarote this year and was looking forward to going back to La Tabla in Costa Teguise, we were not disappointed. We had booked our table before we left home as they are always busy and even the night we were there, people had to be turned away. We went for the Tapas option you can pick from the grill menu aswell. We got 14 tapas dishes between the four of us and it was fabulous. We opted for the selection of desserts, the chocolate brownie was devine as was the cheese cake. Excellent .

Well we've just had a really great night at La Tabla, we found it while visiting Las Maretas over the square and after reading the reviews gave it a go and we're so pleased we did. The staff are brilliant really friendly and helpful as it's a while since we've had tapas and the choices were amazing everything was gorgeous and the wine went down a treat. I'd just like to say a huge thanks for an amazing experience and a very relaxing night I look forward to visiting you again next time.
