Highly recommend. Both the burger and sauces are so good. The price is quite reasonable too. I tried the classic burger .

So we’ve heard about this great Burger-place and we wanted to try it asap. One can reserve online and it went on smoothly.
As we arrived there we were pleased by the industrial look of the place, right down our alley. The was a problem with the oven and thy told us right from the start that would take a while to get it warm. It didn’t take that long.. we ordered some appetizers and they were pretty delicious . The house-made lemonade was also good( nothing out of this world) but the Burger was excellent. They have pretty much everything one could desire, the staff knows what goes with what ( which type of bread to which type of meat, and ale/wine/beer etc). The menu could be overwhelming for someone who is hungry and doesn’t know his way around burgers. And then there is the Stake-Menu.. we didn’t look at it, but there is one..
The price are acceptable and we were very pleased. The staff could be a little more involved and ask if one would like this or that..

We went there as a big group (12).
The restaurant itself has a rustic but contemporary feeling to it, very nice indeed!
The menue plentiful. However, a very strange steak ordering system. Only one available of each cut of meat.
Ok some people may now say it saves on over ordering by the restaurant etc, and yes ok it may do so but we are talking prime beef and big prices!
The staff were awful! So the restaurant was full, noisy and people talking. You can't have staff standing at the end of a long table stating nobody is listening to me, when bringing the food standing behind us and nobody noticing her.
Then the food gets put in front of us and whilst doing so hits one of us around the head with a wooden board and then laughs and says oh you're still alive all good...
The food was ok. A sensation in this little town and a nice idea with lovely surroundings, but if the service isn't up to much and you're served by whining young girls that don't have much customers experience it gets you off to a bad start!
That and the prices together = not good.
if you take on a concept from abroad then you need to strive to equal the same customer service experience! Train your staff in friendliness to retain your customers.

Our first time in the first burger restaurant in Uelzen and we're really impressed!!!
They cook everything fresh and with love and you can taste it. Especially the homemade lemonades I recommend!
They've a big menu of different beers and ale's..., the location is quite industrial and unique in Uelzen.
So in conclusion: We'll come back and taste the menu to the end
