Description: Ioesco translates as ‘I am going out’, a fittingly momentous title for one of Gold Coast’s premier Italian restaurants, Ioesco - Cafe Cucina Bar. The likes of Gordon Ramsay have graced Ioesco’s stylish dining room, where sparkling chandeliers, a marble bar and water views are tempered by a relaxed vibe and alfresco seating in the tranquil Sanctuary Cove surrounds. Passionate and knowledgeable staff work the floor delivering contemporary interpretations of classic Napoli cuisine that, happily, don’t compromise on size or quality. Moreish starters such as duck breast with marsala mushroom cream sauce offer perfect preludes to mains like Barossa chicken breast with king prawns, avocado and garlic brandy cream sauce as well as spinach and buffalo ricotta ravioli with Napoli cream sauce.

Booked here as its very busy pre ordered the slow cooked lamb shoulder
was a veery busy night was advised not to order an entree as the lamb shoulder was a big meal in its self did order some roast potatoes as a side dish shoulder came out with brocolini and honeyed carrots with gravy on the side
Lamb fell off the bone was so flavoursome and so tender the vegetables topped off the whole meal so much we took some home.
W Ould recommend and also eat here again

Amanda and Max have opened a new section of their Restaurant called Esco for breakfast and lunch. One of the first to eat breakfast of poached eggs, asparagus. vine ripened tomatoes for $14.00. Added bonus, linen napkins, a side of extra virgin olive oil for for the toast and delicious coffee
We will be back to work our way through the comprehensive menu
Bloody Marys and other delights are also available

We have frequented this restaurant on many an occasion both as a couple and with friends. We have never had a bad meal and the wine list is comprehensive and reasonable. The food is plentiful and tasty. The wait people are attentive and where a good red is ordered, it is transferred to a decanter for aeration and pouring. Sometimes there are wine "specials" available for purchase. A great venue and to be recommended.

We had dinner on a busy Saturday night. Didn’t have a booking but it was no problem to sit at the bar and wait for a table. Calamari and potato croquettes were excellent, pasta dishes were excellent, and our waiter Chiko was excellent. We really did enjoyed our dinner, atmosphere and decor is up there too

Great service, great atmosphere and excellent food, not been able to get in here before but now looking forward to our next visit. This is not, for us, a weekly place to visit, more reserved for those special occasions, cannot speak highly enough though. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
