It is recommended to reserve before. The Paella is obviously coupled with a reservation. So we were not allowed to had a paella even if there were no pans in use, when we took a look inside the kitchen after two hours of visiting the restaurant.
We ordered a mixed salad as starter and fried mixed fish for the main course. Unfortunately the main course came just 5 minutes after the salad, so it was cold when we started. During the meal I found a part of a - I guess - sponge in my mouth. There came no sorry, no drink or coffee from the restaurants side.
Due to the fact that the ratings are usually good, it was not one the best days of the restaurant.
