The hotel is really nice. It has the best views ever. The lady at the front desk was super nice and she is really helpful and loves to talk to you and give advices. The room is nice. For a 4 star would expect a bit more, but the star in Sicily have a different raiting. ;-)
Breakfast was good with the most amaizing views of San Vito lo Capo. The only thing that not so much bothered me, but would suggest to fix is at breakfast please wash your plates better and put the cutlery and napkis on the table.
Otherwise the Panoramic hotel is one of the better ones in San Vito lo Capo. We came here with no reservation and we had a look of the few hotels and they are really horrible. So it was a nice stay! Good job! ;-)

The hotel is nice and the name is a guarantee of a beautiful sight. The personal is friendly and available to help the clients. The room is not super big and the bathroom could be more comfortable, but the balcony in the room is worth the price. Recommended

This was the most expensive hotel in our three weeks in Sicily. At 154 Euros, it definitely was not a good value. The hotel is up a hill and not convenient to the town. It is an uphill climb just from the parking lot to get to the hotel and then more stairs. There is a shuttle into town. It runs infrequently and stops around 6:30PM. The beach is large with wall to wall chairs and umbrellas. You did get two chairs and an umbrella included with your room. The problem was that the beach is overcrowded and congested. It is also clogged with black seaweed from one end to the other as far as I could see. I could not bring myself to even go in even though the weather was very hot and humid. The hotel does not have a pool which would have been wonderful given the condition of the beach. At 154 Euros a night this is unacceptable. When the evening comes, the hotel restaurant has a very dismal, unappealing, limited and expensive menu. The walk into town is not short and uphill all the way back. However, it is necessary if you want to have a nice dinner after a disappointing day at the Hotel Panoramic.

This hotel has a family atmosphere and very Italian. A lot of older people and a few families were staying there.
The location is true to its name from the restaurant and shared terrace but beware of the room you book. There are only a few rooms that have a small balcony with the panoramic view of spectacular San Vito Lo Capo. We thought we booked a room with a view via the hotel booking site but was given a dark, ugly room that looked at rocks. When we asked we were moved to a more modern room (88) with a super view. When we checked out we were charged an additional EUR25 per night but it was worth it.
Umbrellas and sun lounges at the beautiful beach were included in the tariff.
There was a lot of LOUD music, singing and dance lessons from the accommodation next door (Cala Mancina) at all hours of the day and night. Mostly fun but intrusively loud.
Mosquitoes were ferocious so if you want to sit outside we recommend repellant.
Lunch and dinner can be taken at the restaurant and the menu changes each day. With that said there were plenty of excellent food choices in town.
The staff had limited English however tried their best to help us in every instance.
A mini bus shuttle is provided to take you in and back from San Vito Lo Capo town which is only a 10 minute walk anyway.
We appreciated the breakfast being available for us before an early checkout of 6am.

Room Tip: Rooms 82-88 have the best views and will cost the most.

If this had been a two star hotel, at 50 euro per night, I would have no objections. But having paid 110 for a non descript room, with a very uncomfortable mattress, a 1980s motel-like small tv hanging high on the wall, and drab furnighngs, we felt ripped off. The architect who designed the hotel made sure that each guest would drag their bags up and down dozens of steps on arrival and departure (staff was totally unhelpful).
When we descended for breakfast at 8.20 am, we found out the breakfast tables had already been cleared, and no breakfast food had been left out. When asked, the staff said they thought everyone had already eaten.

Room Tip: Steer clear of this place
