Costadas. Our host in Nosara recommended that we try the local dish here. We were glad to follow her direction! We were disappointed that they were out of fish when we arrived, but enjoyed vegetable versions instead. Also had a steak version which the teenager loved.
Drinks-- pineapple water and watermelon water were big hits. Banana milk was probably the favorite!
This was our cheapest meal in Nosara, but we had a lot of food and were plenty full.
Note that Rosi is only open for breakfast and lunch. Closes at 3PM, but when we were there at 2, they were already closing tables as people finished their meals.

In town that is run by Americans it was a great relief to find this soda. Outstanding authentic tico food for a cheap price. Breakfast is fantastic and so was lunch! The local family is super friendly, warm, and welcoming. In a town where more people speak English than Spanish, this little soda made our week stay much better. They have 2 locations. One on the main road coming into Guiones and one on the beach road at the north end of town which we ate at 4 times during our stay. If you like sauces, be sure to try the homemade green picante sauce in the refrigerator. Not too spicey with excellent flavor. La comida es muy bueño!!!!

Great authentic Central America food at a great price. Highly recommend eating here. It's a little slower paced but you can get it to go. We went for breakfast and lunch.

My fiance and I had lunch here one day on our trip to Nosara. What an awesome joint! I got a fish taco and and he had the fish casado, and with two pineapple "waters". So delicious and refreshing, local foods. Loved the local vibe to this restaurant. Service was quick and friendly. Would definitely go here again.

One of the best things about Costa Rica is the food. Make sure you stop in
at Rosi's Soda Tica for a taste of local flavor. Simple and authentic is what makes
Rosi's stand out. A must have experience while visiting Playa Guinones.
