We travel to various parts of the Philippines and we have stayed in many small resorts. First, it's not Shangri La - Mactan, so don't compare it as such. As an expat what I enjoyed most was not only the menu selection but also the fact that they were able to prepare everything I ordered off of the menu. I find it frustrating to visit an establishment, find international items on the menu, but then be told they are out of stock and then must order something that I can get from a local Point-n-Pick restaurant. This was European quality.

Rooms: I have experienced staying here multiple times. They have an apartment type room for a family which is big. It has a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. The sala and kitchen is wide enough to be comfortable.

For the standard rooms, they are clean and organized. The TVs would need an upgrade though.

FACILITIES: the pool is quite small to accommodate a large number of guests.it is good for dipping. There is a billiards table. The bar has good entertainment.

FOOD: Excellent! The German owner made sure that the taste would be true to their roots. It is a great place to try German beers.

BEACH: magnificent spot for surfing. Soft sand. No rocks that hurt. They have nice beach chairs to laze on.

Over-all a wonderful place to stay. The prices are on the above average or not for the budget conscious. You get what you pay for. And this place, though requires like 5000 to have a good stay, gives great value for your money.

Nice place to dine and surf. The food is affordable and there are huts on the beach where you can enjoy it.

The resort itself has a booth where you can ask assistance should you want to surf. The price, though, is a bit higher than nearby resorts.

They provide free parking and good security system for cars.
