We tried Via Baci for their happy hour and because of the great reviews on Trip Advisor. It lived up to its billing and we'll go back when we're in Denver.
Happy Hour is the time to try it if you're price-conscious like me. Great options at $4, $5, $6, & $7 that you can even make into a meal. We had the bruschetta and roasted brussels sprouts along with a Italian beer and a citron cocktail (can't remember the name). All was great and then our main event was a margherita pizza, and that was very good as well.
We sat outside and while the ambience isn't super romantic or scenic, it was nice to be outside! You're basically sitting in a parking lot looking at a Super Target. But that's made up for by the great food, good service, beautiful weather and reasonable happy hour selections.
Check it out when you're in the Greenwood Village/DTC/Highlands Ranch/Lone Tree area of Denver.
