This shop has, without a doubt, the best ice cream I have ever had the honor of tasting. I have been in Italy multiple times and every time my family and I come back to this store. Not a single ice cream store in Italy, let alone somewhere else, compares to this one because their ice cream is in a whole other league. The flavour is phenomenal. Please, if you're ever near this store, go treat yourself to some of their ice cream, you will not regret it. Theobroma has the best ice cream, period.
Oh, and I haven't even gotten started on the frozen yoghurt. Maybe that is even better than their ice cream!

We went there three times driving like 10 miles from our place to taste different ice creams and pastries and bring back incredible pots ice cream. There are ice creams, sherbets, and yoghurt ice cream served with a huge choice of delicious sauces. The tastes, textures and the whole experience is incredible ! There are scores of delicious little italian pastries, and lots of "dolcezze". Don't leave the country without a pot of their pistacchio sauce, it's the best ! Look, there is something truly exceptional to the place, really : how would you explain so many 5 stars ! I try to never miss a good ice cream place anywhere in the world, and this one is on top !

Beautiful shop, friendly service... and the
gelato was out of this world good! Creamy, smooth and packed with flavor! I had a dynamite combo of Mango/passion fruit and Yogurt with caramelized sesame seeds! It took all of my will power to not have another cup full!

We took our took our three children here daily (sometimes twice a day!) on a recent week long trip in Barga and was never disappointed!

Great ice cream, great crepes, great waffles, great pancakes, great coffee and great staff - special mention to Veronica who even went to the trouble of specially giving our two year old pink smarties only...

My only criticism is that we are not able to go today having flown home!
