The barn was everything we hoped for and more. Easily as lovely and luxurious as it looks in the pictures. We hired both barns as went with friends and it worked out really well as we all gathered in the bigger barn but if they needed space they had somewhere to go.

The owners have thought of everything. There were dishawaser tablets, washing up liquid, washing powder, teat towels, scourers all of which we took with us but was good to know we dont need to bother when we return and we will because it is just so lovely.

The barn is set in an idyllic location, really peaceful with stunning views and we had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing weekend. The log burner was lovely in the evenings to sit with a glass of wine and the owners had provided logs and equipment to light the log burner.

The garden was completely sealed and you could open the gate between the 2 barns so the dogs had the run of both gardens so absolutely ideal for them.

Local village and pub around 15-20 minute walk away and also has a local shop where you can pick up essentials so can be a real get away from it all weekend.

On arrival the owners had left fresh bread, eggs, milk, butter, tea and coffee which was a really lovely touch. the owner popped in once to see how we were getting on and to see if we needed anything but did not bother us other than that and it was nice to know they were there if we needed anything.

We cannot recommend this place enough for a lovely family/friends getaway. Absolutely loved it and will definitely be returning next year

We rented both properties for a group of us over a long weekend. Each property was very well presented with everything you need. The gardens were enclosed which meant that it was safe for our dogs. We were fortunate to have fantastic weather so we made the most of the sun loungers and garden furniture. The views are stunning, fields and trees surround the property. We took our bikes and took advantage of the nearby 'trailway' which goes all the way to Bournemouth. We also had some great walks with our dogs. There is a pub very nearby and another over Hambledon hill. This is a great place to relax and we would definitely visit again.

I cannot rate this property highly enough. There were ten of us in our party so we rented both properties that comprise Chisel Barn. The property itself is second to none, finished to a very high standard, extremely comfortable and spacious. Everyone in our party commented on how nice the property was and on the setting. The views are fantastic! We took our two dogs as well and there are lots of good walks in and around the farm.

So many places are extremely accessible from here; Bournemouth, Poole, Sandbanks, Studland, Lulworth, Weymouth and Durdle door all within an hour. Many other fascinating places even closer of course.

Absolutely loved it!
