the reception was heartwarming and flexible: because of the noise we were located at a different table upon request.
We opted for a three course meal with accompanying wines.
Starters were good, although the mussels (outside the menu) were not all cooked through and not checked completely for broken shells. It tasted good and the matching wine, as part of the accompanying wine arrangement, was perfect.
Main course was tournedos which was not bad and obviously slow cooked before grilling. Nice and tender.
Dessert 'peach' was constructed from mousses, fruit, ice and creams. Very nice. Accompanied by a chenin blanc from moelleux.
Tea with friandises was nice yet pricey for 4 pieces.
All in all a very nice place where cooks and staff are ambitious. Get rid of the little errors in cooking and there's another top place!
