My wife and I stayed here for 11 nights in November. Contact prior to arrival was very efficient and we were met at the villa when we arrived. The villa is all on one floor with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath with shower and one with walk in shower), a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge / dining room. The kitchen has a full cooker, fridge freezer and a dishwasher along with a good selection of utensils. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and iron and board.
The outside space is huge! There is a heated pool - plenty big enough for a swim. The details on TA did not say but there is a €10 per day for the heating. The villa is on a fairly busy road but at night it is very quiet and is very clean and spacious. The only criticism I could make is that the paintwork could do with some attention. There are scuff marks where it looks like cases have marked the paintwork. But certainly not significant. The pool was serviced regularly and linen changed after one week.
The walk into town is about ten minutes for supermarkets and bars and restaurants. We take with us a small folding trolley which allows us to get water / beer / drinks in bulk. Well worth it! For any top up or forgotten items there is a apart hotel just over the road called the Cay Beach Sun. They have a small shop which has essentials for a reasonable price. The hotel also has a bar which is the closest to the villa.
To get to the Marina Rubicon you can take about a 20 - 25 minute walk, try to hail a taxi or walk into town and get a taxi from the taxi rank for about €4.
I would certainly recommend the villa as a good base. We only had the two of us but I think that even with six people it would feel spacious.
