Upon arrival at the hotel we were ordered champagne while waiting to check in.We had ordered a priviledge package but our room was not ready and it was a few hours from being cleaned for us we never let this put a dampner on the start of our holiday. We sent to the privilegde lounge while we waited.Cactus bar outside serves in our opinion quality fast food which can be eaten here or taken to your poolside location. The restaurant buffet can get very busy unless you are going off peak. The Japanese restaurant is good and entertaining make sure you have a camera. The Italian restaurant we sent to twice and was disappointed both times with the food. The cleaning team did our room twice a day and left chocolate treats each day.Breakfast in the buffet restaurant I thought was better than a la carte menu. The entertainment was as usual in this type of hotel hit and miss lots of great entertainment in the nearby bars outside.Mikes coffee bar is very popular great drinks and cakes. My wife used the gym daily and enjoyed it.Never found myself waiting too long at the poolbar or in the piano bars. All in all very enjoyable stay.

We stayed here in mid March for a week. This was our first visit to this hotel and won't be our last. The bedroom was spacious and beautifully appointed. The restaurant, bar area and all public areas were bright, clean and comfortable. The pool area likewise and was cleaned on a daily basis. Food in the restaurant was served as a buffet, it was varied and to a good standard. All the staff were kind, polite and attentive. Location of the hotel is good with just a short walk into Playa Blanca. The hotel gets a four star rating and it certainly is. I would recommend this hotel.

Having stayed at numerous H10 hotels over the years one comes to expect a certain level of service and standards. Without doubt the H10 Lanzarote Princess comes up to scratch in most of these areas.
Whilst the bedrooms, bathrooms and patio areas are maintained to a high standard. Sadly the same can’t be be said about the access areas to the accommodation within the hotel. As the carpets in these areas are in need of urgent replacement for starters.
That aside the hotel is well managed, with friendly and efficient members of staff throughout. This is not an adult only hotel and therefore at times the restaurant was over run with children of varying ages. As a senior citizen I would have appreciated a dining room area within the restaurant for guests without children. There are several pools, one of which is undercover, with plenty of sun beds and umberellas available. Entertainment was varied within the Piano Bar and two other venues. There is an Italian restaurant and a recently opened Asiatic restaurant and Mikes coffee bar. The position of this hotel is ideal for shops, bars the local Playa Dorada beach and the Rubicon Marina. Overall this hotel comes highly recommended but if like me you prefer to eat in peace and quiet then avoid school holidays. The food within the restaurant is plentiful, varied and caters for most tastes. Finally I should like to thank Karina Acosta and Morana Misic for their individual cooperation prior to our holiday and to Taha on reception for his friendly and professional attention during our stay. . A real credit to H10 Lanzarote Princess,Playa Blanca.

Spent our Easter holidays at this wonderful hotel, can’t praise it enough the staff are brilliant, our daughter loved the Daisy club and mini disco especially Sophia who she loved.
I took part cooking Paella with Nicolas, this was a brilliant experience one that I will definitely use in the future. Nighttime entertainment after the mini disco was good, we loved the casino night playing black jack where my wife won a bottle of cava. They had a draw if you put a comment on there Facebook page to win an upgrade to Privilege club which is normally €26 per person extra per day, my name was drawn and we experienced this for our last 2 days. It was a lovely end to our holiday thank you so much.
The only downside was the lovely heated indoor pool it was great early in the day but manic late in the afternoon, my wife and daughter went in on our last day, it’s supposed to be a maximum of 19 people, I counted 45! Unfortunately the lifeguard didn’t seem to bothered to even get off his seat to check, too many bodies, inflatables, water pistols, balls, people jumping in making it impossible to swim or feel safe. We preferred the outdoor pool with a bit of hot water would be perfect.
We will definitely return thank you.

we stayed for a week from march 25th on a half board basis as per other reviews parts of the hotel are starting to look a little tired however the room we had was good clean and everything functioned the balcony looked over a small garden a reasonable distance from the main road .The location very good close to beach ( 5 min walk) some bars, cafes and small super market close by out of rear gate (operated by room entry card) the centre about 10 mins from rear gate . The restaurant good selection of food even for any fussy eaters tables at peak time could be a bit of a premium but the staff worked hard and turned the tables around quickly all section food aisles were replenished and monitored by the chefs within the hotel there are a couple of extra restaurants the Italian book early in your stay allowed use once no extra charge small menu but very good the other was an Asian never found anything about this one didn`t use, the snack bar looked quite good but again never used the coffee/cake shop when we went small selection of cake but very nice. The entertainment piano bar played popular music the main entertainment generally good the daytime entertainment cant comment took no part . I thought some of the drinks in the bar were expensive and the one cocktail we had was more like a slush puppy and was green instead of blue when bar person challenged he just said sorry no offer of replacement disappointing. Plenty of sunbeds pools large outdoor good the indoor pool nice and warm but VERY popular throughout the day no chance really of swimming

Room Tip: get on pool side
