I don't usually review, but there aren't any yet in English, and this was such a surprise find, that I wanted others to know about it. During low season, most restaurants were closed, at least for lunch, but this one was open. It's down a cute side street from the Duomo. The staff were extremely friendly, though speaking little English. We had the best meal of our two weeks in Sicily: a prix fix, seemingly never-ending series of fish dishes for only 28 euros. Everything was so fresh. At the end, the waiter offered us extra dessert and grappa, but we were too full to take advantage.
