Great dinner with business colleague. We had few antipasti of raw fish - simply delicious and amazingly fresh - tasted as if they were just caught - fresh scallops, prawns and shellfish that was so fresh was moving when squeezing lemon on it ! Then a plate of squid ink pasta washed down with a magnificent bottlem of white wine from the Etna valley, finishing with an exquisite chocolate mousse gateau to die for, to close with an excellent italian cup of coffee - ristretto as it should be.
