Location: This hotel is located across the street from JR Takasaki Station. It's a 3-5 min walk. The JR Takasaki station building itself has a mall, and there are plenty of restaurant options inside the building and around the area.
Service: The front desk was willing to provide me extra service. I was trying to confirm some details on my next hotel reservations, but I do not speak much Japanese. So I asked front desk to call the other hotel on my behalf, and they were happy to help me.
Room: The twin room was alright.
Breakfast: It was not neither good nor bad. I have had better buffet breakfast at other business hotels in Japan.
Overall: I recommend this hotel to foreign travelers (especially JR pass holders) who need to stay at an affordable business hotel next to a major train station. I stayed here only because I was planning to do Shinkansen excursions that day.More
