This resort is very nice, with a friendly, helpful staff (most of whom speak English), fine pool, and convenient beach. The beach is more of a coral beach than a sand beach, so I recommend water shoes, but lots of folks went in without.
The room was clean and nicely appointed - not luxurious, but not sparse either. Everything in the room was in excellent condition. We had a two-story unit which had a fun, quirky layout. Great for a vacation, but I'm not sure I'd be so pleased if it were my home layout. There's a spiral staircase that leads from the living area to the bedroom. It gave the BR a cozy, private feel.
Our view was of a tree, which was fine for us, as we like to watch the birds.
We only tried one on-site restaurant and it was fabulous! More often we ate at the little places across the street from the resort (for variety and $).
The only thing that disappointed was that we're avid scuba divers, and our expectations were different than the reality. The resort listing indicates More
