We stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon. We cannot recommend it highly enough. The property has been in Leonardo's family for generations and he has a passion for the hotel and all of Umbria. The hotel is done to a very high standard and full of beautiful family furniture with amazing attention to detail. The gardens are lovely and we spent plenty of time in and around the pool. It overlooks Narni in the distance with incredible views. Leornardo is full of great recommendations of what to do in the area and importantly where to eat! We also ate at the hotel on a couple of nights which was delicious. The breakfast was delicious as well and we loved sipping our coffee on the terrace with views over to Narni. If you are planning to visit this area then stay here you wont regret it.

Leonardo was a gracious host for this wonderful stay in the Umbrian countryside of Italy! We arrived earlier than planned and Leonardo greeted us at the gate. He toured the property so we understood the facilities and services. We had been offered the opportunity to dine for dinner our first night and it was one of our most memorable meals for our 10-day stay in Italy. The gnocchi was phenomenal and the meats/cheese selection was fantastic. Even the dessert was pleasing. The room was exactly as pictured online and was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were plentiful and we enjoyed our stay immensely. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you for a memorable start to our Italy trip.

Had a fantastic 2 night stay in Umbria. Leonardo was a great host, keen to ensure our stay was enjoyable, great recommendations for local restaurants and sights. Location was great, pool was wonderful for a lazy afternoon by the pool. Great breakfast in a beautiful setting on the terrace. Need a car to get the most out of this great location. Highly recommend this villa for a fantastic stay in Umbria.

Room tip: The rooms were large, comfortable, great daily room clean and tidy,

Torre Palumbara is terrific in every respect . . . but the best part is Leonardo, the owner. A very nice, welcoming, friendly, helpful innkeeper. The suite, which takes up the top of the tower, is very nice.

Gorgeous views, surroundings, host and boutique hotel. The bedrooms are spacious, full of homely touches that removes that sense you are staying in a hotel. This is someone home with 6 or so bedrooms. We loved our two nights at Torre Palombara, breakfast was fabulous, their weekly home cooked dinner a little touch of homely class.

It is very quiet here, perfect for a few days or week away to totally relax.

Room tip: Top floor, end of the corridor had a lovely light to it, spacious and you wake up feeling totally relaxed.
