No wifi in room but reception provided routers to be fixed in our rooms to cater for our group. Checking out process was super slow coupled with system downtime and delayed our set off time by an hour. Modern feel room was small, insufficient for 2 pax with 2 luggages. Kettle was provided upon request.
We were to spend a three night wellness weekend with my family in the facilty but chose to cancel our third night since the facility does not meet the expectations of a 21st century "spa resort" no matter they call themselves that.
0) upon arrival the front desk clerk must have been very stressed out by the check in of the large group prior to us as he appeared to be somewhat rude and indocrinate.
1) no wifi in the rooms only in the lobby
2) the pool area is very small, overcrowded and the water appeared not to be clean
3) there is no water fountain or tap in the sauna area - ony a possibility to buy (!!!!) "home made waters" from the pool bar
4)poor selection of worse than average food - no healthy options
5) empty mini bar in the room which they offer to refill for money!! -I have never seen such thing
6) parking is not free for hotel guests
7) you are charged for a fresh robe
8) no possibility to book the room with breakfast only
9) no comlimentary hotel toiletries / make up pads etc. apart from a shower gel
The facility appears to host large groups who visit the city for its reowned spa, but does not meet the expectations of individual travellers.
Rooms very nice with air,hotel menu better than average.Desk clerks spoke good English.Some maintaince required on area leading to pool,wood boards leading to outside rotted and requires carpenter.Spa can be accessed using reasonably priced ticket good for 10 visits without staying overnight.
Hotel has all what you can asked for short break. The pool is corect and clean, sauna area can give you good relax. They have 4/5 different sauna...
Rom can be bigest but, you take the room not for siting there...
We went on a 4-day holiday with my husband some time around Valentine's day. Surprise! A bottle of champagne was waiting for us.
The whole place was quiet and peaceful as we arrived on a Wednesday. It became a bit noisier by Friday evening.
The staff were smiling - they were helpful and friendly.
The room was big and cosy. Everything was clean.
The food was excellent - there were plenty to choose from the buffet breakfast/dinner. We got freshly baked bread (done on the spot in the kitchen) and fresh fruit, as well. The drinks were a bit expensive though.
As for the wellness department the different water spitters and massage jets were the best - we could start them whenever we wanted. Unfortunately, some of them did not work. We enjoyed the saunas, the steam bath and the salt room too. The pool was clean. We did not try the jacuzzi as it was more like a bubble bath.
The massage therapist did a great job! Should you happen to go to this hotel, do not hesitate to ask for a massage done by Krisztina! The prices for the massage are more expensive than in other places though we got a 30% discount on them.
