The hotel is in a great location right on the sea front with superb views of the sea and the mountains.
Also in the city centre close to shops, bars and restaurants.
The owners are very welcoming and provide lots of information and assistance if requested.
All of the staff are very friendly.
Rooms are cleaned every day and bedding and towels changed regularly.

The hotel reception area was attractive, and the receptionist friendly; however, she had no idea about where we could park the car! Our room was very tiny and very simple, as was the shower cubicle. It was on the front of the hotel on the main street through the town and it was very noisy at night. The bed was small and not very comfortable. However, the breakfast was very good, great value for € 2.50 pp.
Stayed for 1 night in december. Nicely spotted in the end of the endless in the Loutraki beach and in front of the main square with the marble fountains but the do mind that the parking in front or near the hotel could be tricky. Easy check-in. The reception staff was friendly and helpful (gave us a hair-dryer right away). They gave us a clean room with a small balcony and facing the sea(recommended). The bathroom was VERY small I must admit, but well equipped with soaps, shampoos etc. The room size was OK and so was the bed's but the mattress could use a change. Room nicely colored. Breakfast nothing fancy, but enough to start the day. Would stay again.
Price was good for August. the busiest tourist season when all top star hotels are sold out of too over priced, it included a nice breakfast (semi continental) more than enough to start the day. For the most part friendly staff & tried to be accommodating.
Very old out-dated hotel but with the financial situation Greece can not blame. Needs fresh pain in the rooms, sinks were cracked & leaking. Towels & bedding were not changed everyday but rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.
Perfect location not even 10 step to the sea, beach.
Electricity would go out several times a day everyday. Hot water wasn't working second night there until staff was advised.Rooms are size of single rooms w double beds in them.
At front door entrance on a glass sign welcoming guests they say show they accept credit cards & only at check in they advise they only accept cash, by pointing to a tiny sign on the front desk & were very rude about it.
Thanks to the professional prompt response by the owner Nikos a terrible situation was avoided.
I would recommend this hotel only because of the responsible manner how the owner Nikos took care of us & LOCATION ... is the best for the price during the busy season.
The Plaza Hotel is remarkably budget-friendly, but do not expect anything beyond the bare bones. We stayed for just one night as a stop-over between our tour of northern Greece and our start on the Peloponnese.
Everything is very clean, but the room and bathroom are small. The breakfast is not impressive. However, for the price, there's no room for complaints.
I will say, however, that the staff is not particularly friendly, which was in huge contrast to every other hotel we stayed at in Greece.
