It’s not that bad, it’s s just very old and also not well maintained. The beds are ok to sleep in, nothing wrong with this. The shower is leaking that you can sit on the toilet and take a shower together. The hairdryer is to far placed from the mirror that on feeling you must dry your hair into place. I do not recommend the elevator if you have claustrophobia or are over 100 kilograms. The people are nice. The food not bad for a hotel.

It was a one night stay.
The hotel is really close to the center of Loutraki.
Easy to find, just follow the beach ;)
It has a parking for the customers just in front of the hotel.
Some upgrades need to be done... but it was really clean and the price was a HIT (for me).
Breakfast was just ok.

I could perhaps offer this hotel 4 points out of 5 if it were a 3 stars’ hotel. But it is rated as if it were a 4 stars’ hotel and actually it isn’t.
The Manta hotel, is situated close to the sea, not as close as its brother Manta Seaside Hotel that is next to the sea.
The hotel is renovated on the outside but the rooms are not renovated, there are destroyed sockets out of the walls that can be dangerous, wallpapers that are cut out and the doors of the bathroom are rotten. The rooms are quite small for a 4 stars’ hotel, not to mention the balcony (maybe there are larger balconies but ours was a joke not a balcony).
The TV is old and it functions well but strange. The air conditioning functions very well.
There is indeed a safe deposit in the room which is good. The Wi-Fi is sometimes good sometimes a disaster.
The cleaners are annoying, they come in the room at hours when they shouldn’t and it would be wonderful if the hotel would have a flyer with “Do not disturb” for tourists to put on the doorknob so that for the cleaners to not enter in the room when the tourists rest or take showers. Anyway, they clean well the rooms in the end.
The bathroom shower and faucets are very old and kind of broken. The towels are changed often and the same are the sheets.
We had a touristic package that included breakfast and dinner. The food is not varied and not so good and in the evening one must wait to dine for the tables are occupied. There are more tourists than tables. For breakfast, we always found free tables perhaps because we wake up early usually.
The receptionists are very kind and helpful. They even help tourists to find tables for dinner, if asked.
At 6th floor there is a fitness room and a small pool. The view over the beach and the city is lovely from there.
Although I can only give this hotel 3 points, I can recommend it. It has a good position, it is quiet and without very high expectations, one can have a wonderful time in there.

We stayed at the last floor (6), not a good idea. Smell was horrible but the view was amazing.
Breakfast was nothing special and kind of boring. No way this is a 4 starts...2 maximum.
Elevator is very old, one of them got brooked in our last day.

Room tip: ask for a room with view on the beach and don't choose the last floor.
