Despite warning rating we met some happy guests. This location is really about knowing what you really want for holiday. I offer lists of pros and cons to help decide. Good things 1. Beach. 50m from the doorstep you find the best beach within a range. Sandy, mild, clean and free (for guests). 2. Animation team. If your kids speak Czech, they will love animation program every day. Since the facility is rather small, a nice atmosphere developed between families and the team. 3. Staff. Warm and helpful they apparently do what they can to make your stay better. Including our agency personnel. 4. Pool. Dozens of meters from beach, 2,5m deep, this is a great deal of your kids` program. The water is horrible though - see below. 5. Friendly prices at the bar. Choosing to have an extra drink (out of ALL IN package) will not cost you a fortune. Things with negative impact 1. Water. Salty, untasty water everywher. Bad taste even when drinking "orange juice" from the tap. 2. Room. Very basic standard. The bathroom was far too small. 3. Noise. The hotel is within descending corridor to Heraklion Airport. Be prepared to see AND HEAR landing aircrafts every 10-30 min. 4. Pool. The chemicals they use to maintain the pool were too aggressive to let your clothes stand it. 5. Food.
