Venue of our company Xmas party 2017. Nice, quiet location, perfect for spa relaxation. Large indoor and outdoor pools. Clean and comfortable rooms. Delicious food. And, above all, friendly and attentive staff. Good value for money! We will come back.

Stayed: December 2017

I been with.my family just for few days, had a good time. Water in pools were awesome. Service was ok, breakfast was nothing special even i can say was boring. Was clean and well organised. My opinion is doesn't worth for that money. I been advised from friends there is too many places in the city with better value.

Excellent SPA.
Amazing location of the outdoor pool:among pine trees,under the late afternoon sun we were enjoying every single moment spent there.

Perfect location of the hotel in the pine forest,above the KLEPTUZA springs and lake,only 2km from the city center.

Silence,pine scented fresh air,many various paths above the hotel that enable you to explore the mountain..

I will definitely come back.

We are returning guests and I strongly recommend the place. The SPA is fantastic, the hotel itself is very clean and I particularly like the interior design. There are only two things I wouldn't rate the highest : the mattresses and the pillows are too soft for my taste and the food in the restaurant which is by no means bad, but is nothing special. However, the overall experience certainly overweights these two. Again, wonderful place.

It's a lovely setting and the mineral pools and spa are no doubt an added bonus. However, there were several issues unbecoming a four star hotel. First off, cleanliness in the room was sub-par; shower head was broken (and only partially fixed after multiple calls to front desk); the road leading up to this so called four-star property was reminiscent of what the area must have looked like between the two world wars; food hyped as home-made was most definitely microwaved frozen Costco style prefab; customer service, especially in the spa, was typically Balkan style (i.e. in this part of the world the concept hasn't quite caught on yet);

We really appreciated the mineral water pools and the dry and wet saunas, but beyond that there wasn't much to write home about... air vents in the room were filthy vents, exterior walkways were covered with black ice, there were confusing if not hilarious mistranslations posted everywhere, and there were a few blots on the landscape surrounding the hotel - unfinished/abandoned buildings. Other than that, the place was just lovely.

Room Tip: if you are a couple and don't want to sleep in separate beds, you will have to spring for a superior room or a suite...
