2 years back this property was reasonably good with nice room and good food. Now, those standards have gone though staff try hard to do their bit but for the poor management. Repair and renovation are badly required to make the property fit for guests to book. Food served is poor and, even that takes a whale of time; perhaps, good chef is not hired.
In fact, informed all these points to the Reception staff met at the time of checkout.

All in all its good enough for your stay
An average hotel. Walls require to be painted. Cleaniness could be improved upon. Minimum facilities in the toilet. No liquor available. No buffet services available for lunch or dinner. However they were kind and allowed early check in.
Stayed there for two days as I can say it’s was a great visit , people were very friendly and co operative , checking was very smooth , rooms Ac can be better rest things was great !! Although it was wonderful , specially thanks to Mr Nilesh from front office was very helpful during stay , best of luck to entire team
Plenty of parking, valet service and nice clean dining areas.The place is good to go to with friends as well as family. The food is good but they charge a bit more than required. Otherwise everything else is good especially the food.
I had pretty average experience staying for one night at this hotel. The room rates are high for Durgapur especially for the size of the rooms and the service. Room and bathroom were clean but the bed sheets were not fresh, they had just arranged the used bed sheets from an earlier occupant. When we pointed it out they changed the sheets but after two reminders.
