We have spend the most amazing 3 weeks at the Seapoint Hotel! From the moment of our arrival until the day we left, everyone did their best to make our time there unforgettable. The hotel itself is just beautiful with a wonderful scenery right on the beach. You can always enjoy a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, which is perfect to just fully unwind. The service is always on point and leaves nothing to desire.

We especially want to thank Avi, Ismael and Krishna for making us feel at home with their friendly service during every breakfast and dinner. A special thanks also to Ansuya and her colleagues at the reception who always kindly assisted us with everything we needed. We also would like to thank Vyas for the great room service! Moreover, the cook was amazing and made the most delicious deserts and the best crêpes every morning for breakfast.

All in all, we had the most wonderful time and cannot wait to come back!

We had such a beautiful time at the seapoint hotel. The staff is really great, from the waiters and receptionists up to the manager. Everybody was taking extra good care of us. Beautiful beach, pool and spa areas. Lovely and not too big. Great restaurant and beachbar. Special thanks to Ismael, Anikesh and Avinash, who were treating is like royals from day one until our departure.
Best regards from Austria!

Had an amazing stay at this lovely boutique hotel. Located on their private beach it is a very cosy and personal hotel.
The staff were amazing and attentive.
Reception girls Sweta Nidhi and Isha were very helpful and Hotel manager Kevin made sure we were happy with everything
The restaurant manager Avinash couldn't do enough for you and made a point of talking to all the guest by name which was a lovely touch.
Food was amazing every night served by our waiter Krishna and Shravan made great cocktails you couldn't resist
The hotel staff made a point of making my birthday special with flowers and cake too
Rooms are lovely and clean and comfortable. Easy to travel from the hotel ,on the bus or taxi.
Beaches are amazing around the hotel and on a cloudless day you can see an amazing sunset too.
Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff and management are to be comnended for making it a memorable stay with VIP service .
Mauritius is a beautiful place we would love to come again.

Room tip: Any special requirements required, especially dietary talk to restaurant manager Avinash or hotel manager Kevin. They are happy to oblige

Oh dear I'm so very disappointed that I have to buck the trend in positive reviews because for us it just didn't meet our expectations. Yes the decor is superb inthe rooms and the standard of cleanliness is high. The staff are very welcomming although sometimes the conversation does appear to be more of a sales pitch for dinner or other services. Sometimes we were approached at 7.30am about spa services and the waiters trying to sell us an evening meal. The pool is freezing and not enjoyable at all - I usually spend alot of time in the pool but not here. The loungers at the pool are old and the hesian covers are stretched and torn. They cover these with old sun lounger cushions which are thin and don't provide any level of comfort. The beach loungers are the same although here they are underneath hornet infested straw umbrellas. You can see where they have tried to plug the wood where the hornets are nesting but they are old and need replacing. The low cost budget airline tactics to charge for everything is annoying and they should rethink. The 3 free coffee pods for each room is pointless, all pods after 3 are charged (No not 3 per day but per holiday). Coffee / Tea and cake in the afternoon is closely monitored and any attempt to have a second cup is charged. It does state "First round free then subsequent rounds will be charged" - really in a 4* adult only hotel??
Dinner for us is a no go as I won't be forced to wear long trousers and shoes in a beach restaurant - again personal choice. Many people have tattoos, peircings, ladies with skimpy tops and flip flops but men must wear long trousers and shoes - surey this is out of date now? Dinner is way too formal and would be better held in the old fish restaurant iun the spacenext door which they used to use. There is no relaxing bar for guests to mix and chat pre and post meal.
Prices in general were way too high for a 4* hotel with 2 Gin & Tonics £20 compared to £6 in a bar and the mini bar is poorly stocked and overpriced. A 330ml local beer of £4.50 when you can get 12 for that price in the supermarket over the road. The water sports consisted on one paddle board (As one was broken), one kayak and a few snorkels.
A couple of maintenance items were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Altogether it just didn't meet our expectations so I'm afraid we wouldn't stay there again nor recommend it.

Room tip: Ask for an upgrade to the first floor as the views are better and you don't get so much foot traffic

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your review
We are happy to know that you loved the décor and the cleanliness of our hotel as well as the welcoming touch of our staff.
We understand that the temperature of the pool was not to your expectation despite the fact that it was heated but not enough for you.
We have taken good note of your remarks regarding the loungers at the pool and rest assured that we have already done the needful.
Please note that our hotel is a 4*+ hotel and has a gastronomic restaurant where casual smart dressing is required. Most of the hotels in the island have the same regulations regarding the long trousers and shoes for the men for dinner and this is always respected by all guests. Kindly note that a benchmarking is done among the hotels of the same category before deciding on the price of the bar/minibar beverages. The price is completely respected and we are not at all more expensive than the other hotels.
Despite the fact that some of our services were not to your expectation, we really hope that you enjoyed your stay with us.
Kind regards
The Management
