Really don’t want to leave this amazing place tomorrow. My husband and I needed a much needed break of rest and relaxation and what we got was so much more. The longer you stay at this beautiful boutique hotel the better it gets - as it’s such a small hotel you feel part of a family getting to know all the staff by name and them knowing yours. The food is wonderful with a great choice for breakfast, freshly made pancakes, omelettes, bacon and fresh fruit and cereal as well as great coffee, sparkling wine and juices. Dinner is served in the romantic restaurant or on the beach - plenty of choice of fresh fish and grills and the chance to try the beautiful platters. Cocktails must be tried! There is also afternoon tea from 4-5 with fresh coffee and cake and usually when everyone is sitting on the balconies chilling before dinner you are served with an aperitif The rooms all cool, modern, spotlessly clean and cozy - all facing the pool, beach and ocean. Locally you can walk to Mon Choisy beach which is great for swimming - or get taxis which our right outside the hotel to Grand Baie or other local beaches to swim with turtles or try your hand at water sports. The hotel has a cocktail party on the beach once a week with punch and wine and a fire which was great and nice way to chat to other guests - there is also a little band playing. At night it’s very quiet and chilled but you can always go into Grand Baie by taxi. We visted the Banana Beach Bar which was busy with locals and tourist alike with live music and great atmosphere.

We also swam with dolphins in the Black River and when on a speed boat trip to the islands.

Occasionally it rained but generally it’s been hot and the weather has not stopped us having a great time.

Also if you have the chance get a massage as it’s the best I have ever had!!!

Sorry for long review but don’t think twice - book this hotel - you will not regret it. I love visiting new places but I want to come back already and have not left yet!!

Finally to ALL the staff at Seapoint - you do the hotel proud. A lovely, warm, caring and genuine bunch of people who made this holiday one that I will remember for the rest of my life!! Thank you so much for your hospitality- made me fall in love with Mauritius More
