Nestling in the bright back streets of Paros is this little beauty of a place.
The hospitality was second to none and we felt truly taken care of the moment we arrived.
Food and Wine was fab too. Locally sourced ingredients ensured a super high culinary standard. We had the Tuna and the Red Mullett.
Really recommend to discover this great little restaurant completely off the tourist trap.

What a great find down the streets of Nassau.

Very friendly staff and restaurant is very nice decor.

Food was great. Our family had dishes such as chicken skewers, lamb shank and seafood linguini - all superb.

Lovely restaurant with a really chilled yet sophisticated atmosphere. It was not a really big menu so things were cooked perfectly. I had the chicken tagliatelle with apricots which was divine! Really great service with lovely hosts who I felt went the extra mile for us. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We missed meeting our friends for dinner and wandered thru Paros for a place to eat. We came across Safran and it looked lovely. We were able to get a table immediately as a trio were just leaving, so we were lucky as the restaurant was very crowded. Our meal was terrific we all loved our food and wine, the service was great and they gave us a little after dinner drink and desert which was lovely. I can't wait to go back and to this great restaurant!

During our four visits to the island we have visited many excellent restaurants and tavernas, and Safran must surely come top of the list. We were welcomed by Gilda who introduced us to a concise menu devised by her husband Genci who is co-owner and top-rated chef. All his dishes are locally sourced and includes morning visits to specific fishermen and organic farms. Genci's touches and flavoursome additions resulted in amazing food. Even if you confine yourselves to a few starters and appetisers your tastebuds will not be disappointed. Gilda's friendly manner will happily guide you through the menu and even hint that you may have chosen too much! We visited Safran on three delightful occasions....and we'll be back! Pre-booking recommended.
