Booked there on relative short notice visiting a fair in Düsseldorf. They had a room left and the price was ok for this circumstances. The bed was very good and the nights sleep excellent. Linen and towels were need and had a good scent, very cosy.
The hotel is small and makes a quiet impression, not the usual crowded and hectic atmosphere.
For a different setting in terms of fairs and exhibitions I would find the price too high for the the room.
The room was clean under the roof, good sound insulation from inside and outside noise, plus the hotel is a bit remote and in a quiet living area which was convenient.
Ample parking in front of the hotel and only 5 - 10 minutes walking to the local train station serving every 20 minutes during day time into the cities of Neuss and Düsseldorf within maximum 30 minutes. You can´t do that in peak times by car and the price is fair, especially if you take a day ticket and/or have a party of several people. Parking cost inside town would be more.
The breakfast was very good and provided enough selection and a friendly service, this lasted for quite some time.
Check out and payment was adjacent to the breakfast room and made check out and settling the bill convenient.
WLAN is availble but a bit complicated to get to, need to register with passport and sign, however the access as such is free of charge.
There is a small town around which you cross on the way to and from the train station including some restaurants and bars for a last drink or having a dinner at reasonable prices.
Would stay there again.
