My husband me spent our 5th anniversary getaway at Ibnii and i would begin by saying it was the best decision ever. We stayed at poinsettia their premium pool villa nestled deep inside the property about 1km away from the main buildings. It is the embodiment of ultimate luxury and privacy we were given the best of everything no leaf (literally) or no stone was left unturned. Whether it was the different meals cooked to perfection to your induvidual taste or the specifications we needed in our room , the special experiences of poolside bfast - executed by mandal , the candle light dinner executed by the chef , room specifications and all other needs -executed by ponappa and the ever smiling hostess kowshika at the fig restaurant... We thank you whole heartedly for giving us everything we asked for and going the extra mile every single time. I keep thinking of suggestions that i could give to make it better and for once i just can not.

This is a beautiful valley to stay in - quiet, shady, coffee plants, birds, ponds... We stayed for 4 nights in April and had a great time with our family. The children enjoyed exploring and finding out about coffee (and loved your ginger coffee!) and we loved your coffee shop. Swimming pools are fun. Table tennis, pool, caram and chess were a hit. No need for screens! The food is excellent - nothing was too much trouble for the chefs and waiting staff. They really take caring for the environment seriously, not just in the resort but in the surrounding community as well. We overslept on our last morning and missed the nature walk - something for next time....

Ibnii is few of the eco-friendly hotels in India. Constructed on the slope of valley, it is a classic place, nicely designed and well maintained without any harm to nature. Landscaping is just awesome. It gives you chance to get close to nature. It leaves no carbon footprints back to nature. No carry bags or any kind of plastic is allowed. If you go with some, they request you take it back with you during checkout.
Staff is very humble and polite. One should spend at least three days there to enjoy all amenities.

I had spent a couple of days in April 2018 at The Ibnii Madikeri with my wife and 2 kids. We had booked a pool villa.

Ibnii is nestled in a 120 acre forest. It is like a complete nest away from the city. The view from the check in counter itself impresses you. The pathway to the rooms and main building sets the tone for a peaceful relaxing holiday.

They have 2 categories of rooms. Cottages and pool villas. Kids are not allowed in cottages.

Pool villas are superb. The king size bed, the choice of pillows, the living room, the inroom coffee/tea making place are thought fully designed. The jacuzzi and the private pool provide great entertainment during your stay.

Just spend some time inside the resort. Do not go anywhere. Take a treatment in the spa, go for a swim in any of the 4 pools or just walk through the resort.

Special thanks to Mr. Pradeep, Ms. Meenakshi and all the staff of Ibnii for their splendid hospitality. There was this guy who sang a couple of hindi melodies during our dinner time. Really awesome he was.

Just go there and relax !!!!
