Hotel location is very good. It is surronded by all needs. There are delays in Hotel / room services but Staff is polite & helpful. They provide ac & non ac rooms so please book as per your needs.

Hotel is on second floor & there is no LIFT. Please note, if you are looking for Hotel with Lift facility, try another options.

Hotel was very clean and hygiene, staff were very polite and professional. Hotel has cctv surveillance for safety. Restaurant attached to it had a very delectable food but a little expensive though. Complimentary breakfast was unlimited and very tasty.
The location is just perfect within the city and nearby to many spots. Special thanks to Aiyappa.
I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Don’t judge by exterior of the hotel. Inside the rooms are huge and clean. The bathrooms are also very clean.

Few cons: Breakfast variety is limited and no buffet - there was only idli, aloo poori/chapathi. Only one waiter was serving this to multiple people leading to a delay.
Cannot leave any food item open even for a little while. There was an army of ants over everything. There was one small cockroach as well in the room.

Apart from this, it was good. Service was fast and other a la carte food items are also tasty. Location is also right on the main road opposite the madikeri fort right in the centre of the town.

Overall, a good budget stay.
