We had a nice stay and excellent service at the hotel. Hotel Staffs was really helpful in Booking Room, Cab, Food. As it was our first trip they guided us very well for visiting places.The food in the hotel was really delicious at nominal price. They also provided a complimentary breakfast which was also very good. All the hotel staff was very helpful and specially this guy Pradeep was so kind.
Overall had a wonderful experience, and surely we will go for the next time.More

We had stayed here for 3 nights in delux room . one thing is good for this hotel is location . Everything is nearby and hotel Food is good in breakfast.
Other than this there are some negative points like,
Hotel is over priced as per its property and room amenities including washroom. There is one female receptionist who is very rude in talk. She is very arrogant in speaking and not at all smiling face and gestures she has. She needs proper training . We were very upset with her response and behaviour with our talks ..We experienced it for 3 days ..
since the hotel location and food is very good of hotel still we recommend hotel madikeri heritage for stay.

Nice hotel... Neat and clean... Located in the heart of Madikeri town.. Closed to the bus stand.. Rooms are neat and clean, service is good.. Complementary breakfast was also good.. Staff at the reception were exceptionally good,helpful and cooperative. Overall... we had a nice stay.

This is third class hotel.Unclean, bad food, no napkins/toilet paper. I can't give less than 1 hence giving 1 point.Very poor view. Windows directly open into mosque. No shower cap. Food quality was very poor. Hotel staff id very unfriendly.
