It was a good experience. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. The restaurant food options are varied, though the taste can be improved. Restaurant staff needs training on hospitality and servicing.
The best part was the view of the valley.

We stayed from 22 Oct to 23 Oct with our kid.rooms in double Deluxe room. Its beig maintained very well .Staff are cooperative and customer friendly. .Worth of it`s charges.Within it`s premises an Ayurvedic massage centre is also there. It`s too worth for a rejunevated massage after roaming coorg.
It's a good hotel and have a very good view from room and restuarant.This is a government property but does not look like,as it is well maintained.There is ample amount of parking,best hotel in the budget and restaurant is not overpriced.you can chill eat,drink in restaurant.

The rooms and location of the resort is very good.
The restaurant and room service can be improved. Whether breakfast is included in package or not was checked by each of the 3-4 waiters in restaurant before they served. Food choice can be improved.
Although the location is good but the service is extremely disappointing.
Restaurant food is average. They don’t even provide morning buffet on time.
After visiting here, I got to know the real difference between Govt and private hotel.
Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone in future.
