Very good hospitality, however, it is recommended to add an extra fan in the middle of the room, rest there are no complaints.
The hotel is placed at a very good location, where you can enjoy the scenic beauty of Coorg.

Great Stay and hospitality
KSTDC mayura was best to stay and you can never believe it is run by the government. Neat rooms, awesome restaurant and excellent views from the rooms. I recommend anybody to stay here and enjoy madikeri and it's pristine touch
If you are looking for good view of the valley this is a great place. Its centrally located hence you can visit all the places around.
But the facilities are too ordinary, if compared with the price paid.
The AC deluxe suite did not have face towels, dental kit, AC not working, the restaurant should have been better. But the view while sitting in the outside dining area is simply great.
The hotel has a very nice view especially from higher floors. Few rooms are large and bigger than that are available in entire Madikeri/ Coorg. The location is serene and secluded. The hotel staffs are courteous. They even called and checked our arrival time in the morning. The restaurant has limited spread and may take a bit of time to prepare the order
Rooms at Ground floor don't have a great view. Not satisfied with food quality and service. Location of the Hotel is just awesome as it has the best views and at a very convenient place. Size of the rooms are decent.
Hotel has nice view and service. Restaurants service and breakfast can be better.
Overall it's very accessible place in madekari and few tourist spots are very close to hotel.
