They acrewed money from us with promise of 10 days cruise
... After we made payment they are denying us that.... And not refunding my money....

We booked a studio and a 1 BR. The resort is serene and amazing. The pool, Happy hub and the other activities in the resort was very good. The amphitheater and the area near the giant chess needs immediate attention. There are some bags dumped in that area and that makes it look very bad. The staff and service is excellent and most courteous.

The magic show was one of the highlights of our trip. The performance was not only interactive but also engaging. My 10 year old brother genuinely enjoyed the evening and so did I, along with him. Kudos to the magician!

It was an amazing holiday with family members and wish there was more, rooms are spacious the food is amazing and of course the service of the staff is outstanding Mr Kamath from the restaurant was outstanding in fulfilling our needs the last Thime we visited he gave us an awesome service which made us visit again. While the resorts are amazingly beautiful as expected, but what stood out was the service... The chef at Ooty went out of theb way to get us the Sambhar recipe (night of 13th April), chef Rohit at Virajpet was terrific like his food and Rathan was the best and most knowledgeable guide you can have and chef Ravi at Medikeri ensured that service was as awesome as the food at barbeque bay!! Overall... Terrific experience... Thanks club Mahindra!!
