This place is cozy! Staff is very friendly. Tom from mainteance was so helpful. He made our stay better. The water park and arcade are a great way to spend the day. The lifeguards at the pools are very attentive and enforce the rules to make everyone feel safe. My family had a great time I will be returning to this lodge.

Room Tip: If you are staying here in the summer a fan is needed in the loft suites

Placed in room with table for 2 despite being 3 of us. Room was also next door but one to kiddy play area/ crèche. Room was unclean too ( lots hair on floor). Had to get room change which resulted in upgrade they tried to charge us for but we refused. Young lad on desk was good but Manager seemed dis-interested. Even the upgrade was dusty with a dingy bathroom. Maybe this all feels cosy in the Winter but not for us at all. One night cost more than the sublime Sheraton at Niagara Falls!! Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere like the Statler at Cornell - had an amazing night there later in the hols. Deeply disappointed with Hope Lodge as I was looking for a rural quality lodge feel which just isn’t there. As tired as the stuffed animals on the walls...

TERRIBLE lodging, beds small, supposed to be Queen but not even that big, bedding not inviting, alot to be desired, pillows size of a couch throw pillow and NO extra pillows to be had by the lodge, Lighting terrible, can't see to apply makeup, No full length mirrors in room, only mirror is in the bathroom, carpeting disgusting, queen size sleeper disgusting, food at grill just okay, cold, watery omelet, NOT NOT worth $200!!

Room Tip: small lumpy beds, bring your own sheets, bring your own pillows, bring shoes to wear all the time in room.

Stayed here for a couple nights. Room and hotel were very nice.

Biggest disappontment was that I thought the water park was included with room. This was the first water park hotel I have been to where it wasn't.

The water park was small, but nice. It was Very priced for what it was. The slides foe younger kids were closed a lot which was disappointing.
