Key got jammed In the front door, Was moved Into another room for the night was left with no water or electricity!! Hotel are now saying we left key in the back of the door & that's how we couldn't get in which is a complete lie our key got stuck in the front of the door when trying to open it & was left there til 8 o'clock the next morning, no one is at the hotel after 4pm each night so if you have any problems you need to walk up the hill to the Colina mar for help!! Also did really feel safe after hearing most of the guests talking about a stabbing incident in the room below us, as to which I have just read a review about on here if I had of read this before going here I would have cancelled! Beds also had a sheet of plywood under the mattress & made an awful noise every movement you made! Apart from this room was clean & so was pool area & cleaners were very friendly this is about the only positive thing I could say

stayed here 6 - 7 - 17 for 1 week. lovely apartment, everything i needed, i could easily have lived there. Louis the caretaker of the apartments is genuinely a really nice guy, he works hard and keeps a smile on his face, very helpful and friendly. barbella the housekeeper is a lovely lady, very friendly and works very hard. the complex has a lovely pool that is well looked after. rooms are spotlessly clean, i had 2 balconies so constant sunshine. i loved it here

Room Tip: i had a 2nd floor apartment, go for one of these so you have a secluded balcony

Me and my boyfriend have just come back from a lovely 10 nights at Mozart, and I can't think of anything bad to say.. Louis the manager is such a nice man made us very welcome. Cleaners come pretty much everyday and they are so friendly which is nice. The rooms have everything you need and the pool is lovely and well looked after, there are always sun beds available everyday and is fairly quiet considering the europa centre is just over the road. Good location is a lovely walk down to either beaches, it does take about 15-20 mins but it's only €4 in a taxi. Such a lovely place me and my boyfriend are already looking to come back again in the next couple of months!

We have just returned from 10 nights at these wonderful apartments. We had a first floor apartment with balcony front and back so you get sun all day. The apartments were clean and very comfortable with kitchenette ( a little dated) containing fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster , coffee maker and electric hob. There is a small pool which is never overcrowded and you don't have to scramble for sun loungers. Safe and hairdryer provided. The manager Loui is a lovely, friendly man who is pleased to help you and make sure all is well. Apartment was cleaned every couple of days. Mozart is close to Europa Centre for shops, restaurants and bars. You can take a walk down to Puerto Rico beach or Amadores beach- the roads are very steep, and it will take you 30 to 40 mins to walk down, but you will need a taxi back up!!! We would not hesitate to stay at Mozart again
