As usual great facilities and great staff who always go beyond there limits. Just around the corner from the commercial centre, restaurants and bars. The place is great for families, solo travellers. Lovely pool bar with a good choice of meals. The balconies are a great size.

Hotel located close to the local shops and shopping centre loads of restaurants to choose from. To get access you will need to navigate a lot of steps there are lifts but bear this in mind. The locals are very friendly and there is no pressure from people trying to get you buy or eat in restaurants. The beach is only a short 10min walk away and it’s less than 10 euros for a sun lounger and brolly. The Tipsy Bee cocktail bar is definitely worth a visit. All in all a good place to go with the family would definitely recommend.

My wife and I booked this hotel mainly due to location (near the centre) and had high floors (paid a premium for high floors) and most importantly had A/C in rooms .
Tick the box for location (2 mins away from bars / restaurants) however that’s the only positive we can take from this hotel!
Checked in Saturday 17th , we were given room 303 3rd floor! not top floor , explained that we had paid more for top floors, was told no rooms available on high floors, not happy but hey ho!
Walked into room , not the best , however the rooms was clean (sort of) but very very tired and basic .
However, A/C not working!! Back to reception again , was told maintenance man will be with us shortly, 3 hours later still no maintenance man ! Back again to reception, was provided a AC portable unit, very noisy and only blew hot air around the room, back to reception again on the Sunday, and was told engineer from AC company will repair on Monday, no one turned up ! back to reception agin on Monday night , was fobbed of again , gave up asking and just put up with it , very disappointed about the response from reception staff…

I had to add a review as we have just come back from the best holiday we have had in years!
The hotel more than met our hopes and expectations, from the apartments which were so clean and spacious with huge balcony’s with amazing views, to the staff, breakfast, pools, pool bar and location! We loved it all!
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

We have just come home from staying here and already I am booking again for next year. It is absolutely brilliant. Its in a perfect location you can walk everywhere and its not hilly like in some parts of Puerto Rico. The staff are outstanding so polite and friendly -the nicest staff I have ever met in a hotel-nothing is too much trouble. The shop/bakery onsite were brilliant very reasonably priced. The bakery food was brilliant and so cheap-£2.50 for a toastie etc. It was so chilled-the rooms were soundproofed so you hear no noise. The air con was excellent in the rooms and the room itself was massive and the balcony. This hotel easily fits 5stars to me!!!! Amazing!!
