We stayed at benmore cottage in October, no problem to find or park. Very comfortable cottage in a beautiful location overlooking the hills and loch.
It's relaxing to escape the hustle and bustle of a city and be surrounded by nature instead of cars and people. Whether you like animals or birds you are guaranteed to spot some woodland friends.
We liked biking and walking in the forest, the waterfalls are amazing and we watched salmon jump too.
There were some nice restaurants in the village. Definitely try the pier restaurant for an afternoon cake.
Would love to go back this summer as the cottage is great value. Lots of walking we didn't manage and need to visit the whiskey refineries!
If you want a relaxing break, like nature and being outdoors then this is the place for you!
Clean and tidy cottage ideal for getting away from it all. Steep stairs to the bedrooms may not be suitable for older people. Memory foam mattresses to all beds and excellent blackout made for very good nights sleep. Steep access drive and limited parking space make this unsuitable for cars with a longer wheel base.
