My husband and I stayed in the Comeragh suite which is a fabulous room on the ground floor with its own private sauna and huge jacuzzi.
Joe our host very kindly organised a taxi for us to the nearby Michelin starred Cliff House Hotel restaurant where we enjoyed a tasting menu.
The bed was so comfortable we slept in, but thankfully we weren't too late for breakfast. We had lovely fresh fluffy omelettes.

Room Tip: Best views are upstairs rooms but best facilities in the ground floor suite. Joe is happy to advise.

My wife and I recently stayed at Dun Ard on day one of our 3 day trip along the coast from Dublin to Dingle. We had a fantastic stay! Room was beautiful, breakfast was fantastic, and Joe and Anne could not be more hospitable! Joe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions on where to eat or take pictures. We also found ourselves in a number of delightful conversations with him on a bunch of different topics. Would go back again in a heartbeat!

My husband and stayed here for one night at the beginning of June. Our room (the blue room) was Wonderful! The breakfast was spectacular in so many ways. The food, place settings, and surrounding decor were all Amazing. Last but not least, Joe, the proprietor, was Brilliant!! He is very friendly and personable and gave tremendously great recommendations on places to eat and places to go. We would love to stay here again!

Room Tip: Quiet, comfortable, peaceful

A beautiful home with top quality finishings and furnishings, no expense spared in making this a high class B and B. Joe was a most informative and aimiable host and his relaxed front of house manner helped to make this a most relaxing stay.

Can’t recommend this B&B enough. joe was a great host from the start, couldn’t be more helpful. Beautiful house and a great breakfast. Had the jacuzzi room, quite a luxury.
The place to stop in Dungarven.
