Stayed there with my wife for a week in September 2017. Very nice place for a holiday. Lovely village, helpfil, multi-lingual staff, great barmen and comfortable rooms. Couldn't wish for more from a holiday hotel. Warning though, if you arrive by car try to get there in daylight as finding it at night, if you don't know the area, can be a little tricky.

Room Tip: Get a sea view on the second floor

Stayed at Hotel Corallo from 1st to 8th September to celebrate our silver wedding. We booked a Junior Suite but were upgraded to the larger suite, and on arrival found 2 bottles of bubbly and some snacks in our room compliments of hotel and sardinian places - what a lovely touch.
So an honest review:
Room - Lovely size (could have taken two more people with us), very clean and tidy. Could do with a lick of paint here and there but what do you expect at the end of a season. The balcony was huge we calculated approx 18ft x 36ft with a very relaxing jacuzzi on it.
Hotel in general - Very clean everywhere, comfortable and relaxing.
Breakfasts - Very nice selection of meat, cheeses, eggs, bread and pastries.
Staff - This is where this hotel gets it spot on without a doubt, from arrival to leaving the staff could not have been any more friendly or helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. We went down to order a drink to take back to our room one day and the barman (Giuseppe or Joseph in English) was insistent on bringing them to us as well as a plate of nibbles to go with it.
Plenty of places to eat outside of the hotel so the fact that their restaurant was closed was not a problem.

We would like to say a special thank you to Giuseppe and Roberta who were always smiling and happy to help us.

We will definitely be returning.

Thank you all for making our 25th anniversary a memorable one.

We stayed here for 6 nights as a mini break. The hotel is lovely and has views of the sea on both sides. Our room was on the 1st floor which faced the courtyard but was too low for any decent views from out balcony. The breakfasts were lovely, typical Italian style, don't expect a full cooked English. Pastries, toast, bread, cheese, ham and cereals.

There is plenty of parking outside but I can imagine it gets busy in peak season.

The pool is small but very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful and always on hand to help with queries.

Some of the room furniture could do with an update, however everything you need is there and it was reasonably priced.

You are in Isola Rossa and there are a few beaches to choose from very close by. No need to travel if you don't fancy driving.

Had a great holiday at the Corallo. Very peaceful and very friendly staff. Great service at breakfast and at the bar. The food and cocktails were great. Even provided a substantial breakfast to take away to the airport.

We cannot praise this wonderful family run hotel enough! The staff are lovely, lovely people who are so helpful, warm always smiling and clearly want your stay to be a memorable one. Go for the upgrade to a room with a sea view - its definitely worth it- we are overlooking the harbour and the sun sets just to the right of our sea view - spectacular! We have a balcony, so with a glass of wine, what could be better at 7pm?! The hotel are currently not cooking full meals in their restaurant, only light bar snack meals which are of a very high standard - bruschetta, sales, cold meats etc. There are plenty of restaurants in Isola Rossa, the ones we have visited have been extremely disappointing apart from a restaurant called Food and Drink just below our balcony which is fabulous. Ask for our room 203 or one on either side of us to get the best view. The rooms are great, cool decor, nice bathrooms and good aircon. The pool is of a high standard without a trace of chemicals in the water. The poolside bar is great. The general decor is tastefully done, especially next to the poolside bar. Breakfasts are more than adequate, with a different variety each morning. A tip - ask the waiter to make you coffee in the kitchen rather than using the machine in the breakfast room- it's far better. The only negative is poor wifi in our room, but hey, you can't win 'em all! Its perfectly adequate in the reception area. Enjoy! and be prepared to be happy here because the staff certainly are and want you to be.
