Palestrina is a lovely town worth combining with a trip to Frascati. Some beautiful views if you can brave the steep narrow drive up the hills and interesting places to view when there. The town itself is quite small, with the traditional main square with the cathedral and then some lovely little narrow streets to amble round. The cathedral doesn't look anything special from outside, but enter through the beautiful doors and you will be pleasantly surprised by the carved ceilings and frescoes.
