We were staying in Marina de Praia and somehow missed seeing this place as we tried all the other places on the main side. This was the best: amazing fresh seafood, everything made by the 80 year old grandmother. The fried fish platter was great, as was my husband’s (whole) grilled branzino. The kids had a wonderful gnocchi. We had a nice bottle of local white wine for about €11. The value of this place is fantastic. It was far cheaper and far better than the “fancy” restaurants in the area. As long as you don’t mind having fewer options, this is fantastic.
