We booked All Inclusive through Travel Zoo at a very low price so was prepared for the worst. Took plenty of euros in case we had to eat out. But when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised.

We were given a family room with sea and inland views. The bed was two singles pushed together and very comfortable and lovely and big. Room was in good decorative order and clean. We were supplied with a fridge (rather noisy if you had sleep in kitchen/lounge), safe, iron and kettle. But no crockery so couldn't make a cup of tea, however I expect if we asked they would have given us cups. A large bottle of water was in the fridge on arrival but is not replaced. We used to pick a bottle up from the Lounge bar to take back to our room. Otherwise water was supplied at the beach bar and restaurants, help yourself.

Restaurant was well organised, tables were cleared quickly. Good selection of food to suit all and always quickly replemished.

Staff were excellant, happy and very helpful.

This Hotel is on the Aegean Sea so some days were windy and the sea was choppy, we used the umbrellas as windbreaks.

Beach towels are supplied.

Plenty of sunbeds around pools and beach (new beach sunbeds arrived whilst we were there). Suggest you take something with you to secure your beach towels as they could blow away.

The Hotel has WiFi Plus which you have to pay for, they have computers in a room off the Lounge area plus there is another room where you can pay as go with coins for the internet which can work out expensive. You can also take your own lap top as a connection in your room. We paid 15 euros for 24 hours. Not cheap.

We found you had to queue a lot for drinks at the Bars, which was annoying, extra staff would have been benefical.

The planes also fly over this Hotel to land at Rhodes airport, but it didn't bother us, it was not too noisy and it gave you something to look at whilst lying on the beach and trying to work out which airline it was!!!!

Booked to eat in the Mama Mia Itlation Restaurant, it was OK, but wrap up warm as it is partly open air and the night we went it was cold and windy so this spoilt the ambiance a bit. Didn't get round to booking the Greek Restaurant, but again open air so could be cold. (Bearing in mind we did go early May for one week).

On the whole we had a great week and the Hotel was good.

After reading some of the reviews on the hotel I was a bit worried, but fortunately all the bad reviews were nonense. The hotel was absolutely beautiful with three lovely pools and is set right on a private beach. The room was always clean and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. We stayed for two weeks and the all inclusive system did get a bit repetative but the food was always good and there was something different every night. If you fancied a change there are two restaurants on the complex, one Greek Tavern and one Italian which are both very good and it was nice to have full waitress service. The hotel is on the flight path so there are quite a lot of low-flying planes going over, but you soon get used to them and they dont start too early in the morning or carry on till too late at night. The bonus of this is thats it's just a short trip to the airport. I honestly couldn't find a fault with the hotel and both me and my boyfriend were both very impressed with the surroundings and the service. Also it's just a short bus journey to Old Rhodes Town which is lovely and from there you can get a ferry to a few different locations. We had an amazing holiday!

I originally stayed here three years ago and loved it. The hotel is a little bit tired compared to my first visit but it’s still a lovely hotel. The staff at the hotel, including the animation team, are so friendly it felt like ‘old Greece’ again. The food in the hotel (apart from one night) was fine with enough choice, but we did eat out a few times to get that ‘real Greek’ experience. We had a great meal in a restaurant in Trianda called Pezouli Taverna. The atmosphere is very Greek with its blue and white décor.
The hotel was more of a 3 star than a 4 but still a lovely place to stay especially if you have children as the animations team work hard to keep kids entertained.
Paying extra for a sea view is a must, the sun set is amazing.
Trianda its self is small and the all inclusive hotels have taken over which is a shame to see so many bars/hotels/restaurants closed down. There’s a very modern sports bar called Alkionis Bar in the centre of Trianda which is a good place to go for a change from the hotel.
If you have never been to Rhodes before you most visit the Old Town, its beautiful. Lindos is lovely too.
The hotel was a bargain and a week just wasn’t enough. Expect 3 star and you shouldn’t be disappointed.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel, and had a wonderful time. Nico and all the animation team were excellent, they work really hard, we saw three shows that they put on in the evenings, and I can honestly say they were the best shows I have seen by animation teams, the Johnny's singing and the teams dancing was outstanding!
The staff in the dining room were very good, and on the whole most of the staff in the hotel were friendly, pleasant and helpful.
The food was very good , always a good selection you would have to be very fussy not to find something to eat!
If there was one negative is that sometimes they could do with more staff serving behind the bar at busy times.
The all inclusive went on untill 1.00 am!
We had a nice room, yes some of the furniture lookes a bit tired, but the room was spacious and very clean.
The hotel supplied towels for use at the pool, which you could change once a day.
On our last day we were leaving in the evening, we were able to use the showers in the sauna for nothing, which saved us having to keep on the room just to freshen up!!
We got a taxi from the airport, there were plenty there and it only cost 14 euros.
There are several shops and bars near the hotel if you want a change of scene.
The gym was an open air area with a bike and weight machines, not much there really.
There were not that many british people, lots more dutch, german and french, but that doesn't bother us, we still met some nice people, and made some friends and had a good laugh!
s it was close to the airport the planes would fly over, but I can honestly say they never bothered me, and didn't really notice them that much.
The beach is a bit stoney, I didn't go in the sea, so can't comment what it was like.
There were plenty of sunbeds, not sure what it would be like in the hight of the season when the hotel is full, but there were more than enough about while we were there.
We will definately be returning to this hotel next year, and would recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, and thanks again to all the staff for making this an enjoyable holiday, can't wait till the next time!!!!!

I have just returned with my husband from a weeks holidayat the Sunshine Vacation Club . First impression was that it had definitely seen better days. Room was fairly shabby and although bedding and towels were clean they were pretty tatty. I had a problem with the fact that the floors were not clean but after a talk with management this was sorted out. Around the pool (which was clean) were dirty and very tired looking sun loungers which did not look inviting at all. The only new ones were at one of the smaller pools which was fine although the bar at that end of the complex was not open yet as it was deemed to early in the season. The food was better than I expected it to be after my initial impression of the hotel and although not great there was normally something for everybody - just don't expect too much!! We tried one of the a la carte restaurants (the other was still closed for the season) but it was of poor quality and we decided not worth bothering with again. Drink quality whether alcoholic or soft was diabolical. All fruit drinks were powder based and other mixers unrecognisable. The up points were that the staff were very pleasant and friendly towards us.The hotel itself is situated in a little resort/village where there are quite a few shops and restaurants (so you can eat out if you feel llike it) and it is only a short bus ride into Rhodes town (the bus stop is about 10 mins from hotel) which is really worth visiting.
