This small, family operated hotel was truly as beautiful as the photos - pool and grounds are well maintained, walking distance to the black beach and small town of Perissa, as well as local bus to take you to Fira or Oia. Lovely visit and their airport shuttle is for hire to the winery or other tourist spots. Catamaran day trip to red and white beaches is highly suggested, too! Beds and rooms are just okay - not 4 seasons quality/but quaint and nice balcony to enjoy coffee or wine while watching sunrise or sunset. I will return!

Stayed here for a couple nights as part of our trip to Athens and Santorini. The hotel is very pretty and feels tropical and exotic. The rooms are the only down side, they are very plain and could use some colour, even just some Greek exotic bed covers would add a lot. Having said that they are clean and have everything you need and the views are awesome, especially the pool facing ones. Whatever lacks in the rooms is more than made up for by the rest of the hotel, pool area and little breakfast room and most of all the staff especially Demeter (main host woman) and the young guy that runs the pool bar. These 2 will take care of you like you are their family members. Demeter is like your grand mother when it comes to looking after you.

This hotel is min from a major black beach strip with like 40 beach restaurants in a row, lots to do at night.

Take the bus to the 2 best cities Fira and Oia. First 30 min on a modern air conditioned bus (stop is just outside hotel and runs every 30 min) through half the island to Fira. Spend some time there and then jump on next bus 20 min to Oia. These are the cities pictured whenever Santorini is mentioned in the world. You have to see it to believe it. Save a lot of money and stay here for a couple nights and just pay the extra $ and stay one night in Oia.

Highly recommend this hotel

This place is not good! The bed is not a double it’s twin bed pushed together! The shower is not usable without completely wetting the bathroom floor. The outside view is not what you see on the website.

Stayed here as part of a university group, we were given a three person room on the ground floor overlooking the pool area. Although the room was very simply decorated it was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have asked for (safe, fridge, AC). The bar area offered a small selection of food (pizzas, chips, burgers) and the drink selection was very reasonably priced and very good. The pool itself was large with quite a few loungers and tables. There was a pool table to use for a small deposit. Breakfast was simple but did the job nicely. On our last night the hotel arranged a bbq for us with meats, salads, chips, omelettes, fritters and unlimited wine. The meal provided was absolutely delicious and a great evening was had by all. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly and joined in with our festivities which made the night. Despite the hotel being quite isolated, it means guests are free to enjoy themselves without worrying about upsetting neighbours. There are shops and a beach within walking distance and you can catch a bus to Fira at the end of the road.
